Purpose of the role:

The Salesforce Marketing Consultant is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives across inbound and outbound channels. The role combines strong CRM and marketing automation expertise with support for content workflows and cross-functional collaboration with brand, creative, and operational teams.
The ideal candidate understands both the functional and technical aspects of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and enjoys working at the intersection of marketing execution, consumer data, content management, and IT Service Management (ITSM).

How you'll make an impact:
• Manage and execute small to mid-size CRM and digital campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder;
• Develop, implement, and optimize customer journeys and automated lifecycle programs;
• Support end-to-end campaign execution: briefing, content coordination, segmentation, deployment, QA, and performance review;
• Build, test, and optimize personalized communications and multi-step journeys;
• Perform A/B testing and analyze results to improve engagement and messaging effectiveness;
• Work with customer and marketing data to create segments in Data Cloud and publish them into various platforms based on the campaign needs;
• Troubleshoot CRM-related issues (deliverability, data, journeys, automations);
• Provide platform guidance and SFMC best practices to inter
