Looking for a Technical Co-Founder / Chief Technical Officer (CTO) ???
? We are launching an innovative, tech-driven Pest Control Startup in Barcelona, and we need our biological "brain" on board
After successfully operating in the EU market (with our roots and proven operational know-how from Pestbusters.pl), we are bringing a disruption to the Spanish DDD sector. We are merging traditional pest control with NB-IoT smart sensors and 100% eco-friendly, chemical-free solutions (Cryonite and heat treatments) tailored for high-end hospitality and business clients.
We are about to start an exclusive pilot project in Barcelona with our first batch of smart IoT devices imported from Poland.
To execute this, we are looking for a young, ambitious, and driven Biologist / Environmental Scientist based in Barcelona who wants to build a tech company from the ground up.

? Your Role:
• Act as the official Responsable Técnico for the company and handle the registration process in the ROESB registry.
• Bridge the language gap: handle local sanitary authorities (Sanidad)



and assist in commercial communication with Spanish B2B clients.
• Co-manage field operations and pilot testing of our smart NB-IoT devices in local restaurants and hotels.

? What we offer & The Deal:
We are bootstrapping this project with our own resources and hardware, moving fast toward VC funding/SGR lines.
• Initial Compensation: This is a co-founder role. At this initial pilot stage, there is no fixed monthly salary.
• The Structure: We offer a substantial Equity Share / Profit-sharing model under a professional 1-year Cliff + Vesting scheme. You earn your real ownership in the company by proving your commitment during the pilot phase.
• Future: Transition into a full-time, highly competitive C-level salary right after the pilot phase/funding round.

? Requirements:
• Degree in Biology, Environmental Sciences, or equivalent qualifications required by Spanish law to sign off ROESB certificates.
