The Role
We are looking for a highly communicative, detail-oriented, and high-energy Accounting Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Success department. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to our users across phone, chat, and text-based channels—helping them navigate Holded's platform, solving accounting-related questions, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering product-related advice to ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

What You'll Do
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live call, chat, and other text-based channels with high reactivity.




• Educate users on how to manage their business better with Holded's features, offering personalized guidance.
• Troubleshoot technical and accounting issues, providing clear, concise, and solution-oriented instructions.
• Proactively identify potential issues and document customer interactions in our CRM, escalating cases when necessary.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering friendly, empathetic, and best-in-class service.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams to help build and strengthen the Customer Success brand.

About you
• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service, Call Center Support, or a related role.
• Bachelor's Degree (Business Administration, Finance, or similar) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting
