We are seeking an accomplished sales executive to lead global commercial growth and shape the strategic direction of an international business operating at the forefront of media streaming technology. In this senior leadership role, you will define and execute sales strategies across multiple markets, scale high-performing teams, and drive sustainable revenue growth across diverse product lines. You will build strategic relationships with enterprise customers, engage C-level decision-makers, and negotiate complex, high-value commercial agreements. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering, you will strengthen market positioning and accelerate go-to-market initiatives. You will also establish data-driven sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and represent the business at major industry events. Accountabilities:

• Define and execute general sales strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth across international markets, customer segments, and product lines.

• Lead and scale the sales organization: Build, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing international sales team, establishing clear objectives, performance expectations, and accountability for ambitious commercial targets.

• Drive enterprise business development: Identify and pursue strategic opportunities with major players across the media and telecommunications ecosystem, including over-the-top (OTT) platforms, pay-TV operators, telecommunications providers, device manufacturers, broadcasters, and airlines.
