As General Head of Admissions Operations, Data and Analytics you will design the systems, processes, and insight layer that turn a growth ambition into a repeatable, measurable enrolment engine. This role owns the end-to-end admissions funnel as a measurable, standardised, and continuously optimised system across schools in diverse markets. The Global Head of Admissions Operations, Data and Analytics will build and run Ariston Education's admissions operating system — the pipeline processes, technology, and insight that convert demand into sustainable enrolment.

Admissions Funnel & Pipeline Operations
— Own the end-to-end admissions pipeline as an operating system — Lead → Opportunity → Application → Enrolment → Re-enrolment
— Standardise admissions processes, stage definitions, and service levels across all schools and markets




— Drive conversion performance and yield at every pipeline stage
CRM, Systems & Automation
— Own, configure, and govern the CRM and school information systems (iSAMS, Engage)
— Implement lead-routing, nurture, and marketing-automation workflows
— Ensure data integrity and a single source of truth across all admissions systems
Data, Analytics & BI
— Define, build, and own the analytics and BI layer that drives commercial decisions
— Establish attribution, funnel, and cohort-analysis frameworks across the journey
— Turn data into actionable insight and enrolment forecasting
Yield, Pricing & Commercial Performance
— Implement pricing, discount, and yield-optimisation strategies grounded in pipeline data
— Drive ROI / ROAS accountability across admissions investment cases and channels
— Model enrolment scenarios to support target-setting with the Global Head and Finance
