As part of a planned leadership transition, we are looking for a commercially driven, people-focused leader to join us as Country Manager for Produal Spain.
Your role
As Country Manager, you will own the development, performance and profitability of Produal Spain. This broad leadership role combines strategic direction with hands-on commercial, people and operational management.
You will lead the Spanish team, strengthen our position in the local building automation market and deliver sustainable, profitable growth.



You will stay close to customers and partners while collaborating with colleagues across Produal and Bemsiq Group.
You will report to the VP, Region South-Continental Europe.
What you will do
· Own the performance of Produal Spain, including sales, profitability, budgeting, forecasting and operational efficiency.
· Translate group strategy into clear annual and long-term business plans that grow sales, market share and profitability.
· Lead, coach and develop the Spanish team, fostering a collaborative, accountable and high-performing culture.
· Define and execute the local sales strategy in line with Produal’s direction.
· Build strong relationships with engineering consultants, planners, system integrators, installers, distributors, channel partners and strategic customers.
· Drive specification activities so that Produal solutions are considered early in project development.
· Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, customer segments and routes to market.
