We're now looking for a Head of Sales to lead the next stage of our growth from our Madrid headquarters, reporting directly to the CEO.
As Head of Sales, your mission is to build a world-class global sales organization. You'll lead, scale and develop our international commercial team, build a strong sales culture that performs by putting customers first, and strengthen Doofinder's position in the eCommerce ecosystem.

develop and lead managers and Account Executives to sell successfully to mid-market and SMB customers globally.

• Build a high-performance, inspiring sales culture aligned with Doofinder's values.

• Design and execute a integral sales strategy to enter new markets, grow existing ones and increase Doofinder's share within the eCommerce experience ecosystem.

• Partner with Marketing and Operations to build efficient inbound and outbound commercial models.

• Develop scalable systems for quotas, activity targets, pipeline management, forecasting and KPI reporting.

• Build the sales enablement engine: playbooks, onboarding, sales methodology, training and best practices that help the team ramp faster and sell consistently.

• Work with Marketing and Partnerships on an integrated channel strategy that drives new business across markets.
