To fuel our next phase of growth, we're hiring a Team Lead US to relaunch and develop our US market and build the team behind it, based in our Barcelona office.
? The role
We're looking for a Team Lead US to join our crew in Barcelona and drive the relaunch and development of the US market: building a high-quality boat fleet, developing strong relationships with boat owners and operators across the US,



and leading a growing team responsible for supply acquisition, owner retention, and fleet performance.
This is a hands-on leadership role combining team management, recruitment, commercial execution, and operational excellence. You'll directly manage 6 to 10 team members, with the team expected to grow as the US market develops, and you'll put in place the processes needed to scale our US operations.
You'll report to our VP Supply and work in close partnership with them to set priorities and build scalable acquisition and account management processes.
Because you'll be working from Barcelona with US-based owners and operators, your working hours are 11:00 to 20:00 (Barcelona time), to stay aligned with the US market.
