reporting to Mariano Pontón, will be responsible for professionalising, streamlining, and leading the administrative, operational, and general services of Imagine Montessori School to ensure an efficient, safe, digitally transformed, and family-centric environment.

?? What will your day-to-day look like as a Head of Administration & School Operations at Imagine?
• Leading Digital Transformation & Administrative Systems: Oversee the school management software ecosystem (Phidias/student info, billing, transport, communications) to simplify workflows, automate repetitive tasks (leveraging AI tools), eliminate redundancies, and ensure data consistency across all administrative operations.

• Elevating Family Experience & Touchpoints: Establish service standards and clear protocols for reception, secretarial services, enrolment, billing, transport, and operational communications. Manage collections and sensit
