As Franchise Head your mission will be to lead the correct implementation of the commercial (sales and marketing) strategy and Business Plan, leading your team and ensuring the optimal positioning of your products in the marketplace, in order to improve the quality of life for patients.

The Franchise Head will lead the product' country operations in Spain and will be accountable for achieving revenue and patient acquisition goals. The Franchise Head will accomplish goals and objectives by leading in country sales and marketing, directing all aspects of commercial and local access activities, building and developing a high performing team and ensuring cross functional collaboration and alignment.



The Franchise Head is also responsible for contributing to the general and regional strategic planning process in collaboration with the other Franchise Heads and Spain Head of Oncology.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and communicate the franchise vision.
• P&L; responsibility, including top line and resource allocation in alignment with the overall oncology business
• Lead and develop the team, including performance evaluation and skill development.
• Drive organizational transformation and innovation, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Co-Build, in collaboration with the cross functional team, a credible and science-led advocacy plan across key external stakeholder including Scientific Societies, Oncologists, hepatologists, Pathologists, urologists, Surgeons, Pharmaceutics, etc.
• Define and execute the marketing and commercial strategy (Brand Plan) aligned with business objectives. Drive alignment across functions and adaptation of global strategy to the local market.
