About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist (Paid Acquisition & Growth) to join the Growth team of a fast-growing international consumer AI technology company. This is a hands-on performance marketing opportunity focused on launching, managing and optimising paid acquisition campaigns across mainstream digital advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram and Reddit.
You will be responsible for managing campaigns directly, testing new audiences and creatives, analysing performance data and implementing improvements that drive customer acquisition and commercial growth. Working closely with the CMO & Co-founder and the wider Growth team, you will gain exposure to consumer marketing at scale while developing towards independently managing larger advertising budgets.
The adecuado candidate already has practical experience running paid campaigns, understands key performance metrics such as CAC, ROAS and conversion rates, and can demonstrate measurable improvements resulting from their own actions.



This is an execution-focused position rather than a purely analytical or reporting role. We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly within advertising platforms, experimenting with campaign strategies and continuously improving results.
Key Responsibilities
• Launch, manage and optimise paid acquisition campaigns across mainstream consumer advertising platforms.

• Take direct ownership of individual campaigns, including setup, monitoring, testing and performance optimisation.

• Manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram, Reddit or comparable consumer acquisition channels.

• Monitor customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), conversion rates and other commercial performance indicators.

• Analyse campaign data to identify opportunities for improving acquisition efficiency and overall performance.
