We are seeking a Senior Financial Controller to support the financial performance and decision-making of our Spanish entity. Acting as a key business partner to management, this role combines financial analysis, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional who takes ownership, challenges the status quo and translates financial insights into actionable recommendations.

Your Responsibilities

1. Business Partnering & Performance Management

•
Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to local management

•
Drive performance improvement initiatives and support strategic decision-making

•
Monitor and improve working capital performance and cash flow drivers

•
Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations and other functions to identify and implement corrective actions

2. Financial Analysis, Reporting & Planning

•
Prepare financial and operational reports for local management and HQ, including variance analysis and recommendations

•
Monitor KPIs,



identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable insights

•
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and business planning activities

•
Enhance reporting efficiency through automation and analytics tools

3. Process Improvement & Project Support

•
Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency and financial performance

•
Support financial governance of projects, budgets and profitability analyses

•
Identify opportunities for automation, standardization and simplification of finance processes

•
Contribute to cross-functional projects impacting business performance

Your Profile

•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field

•
6-10 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling, FP&A;, or Finance Business Partnering

•
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into
