YOUR OBJECTIVES:

In this role, you will:

• Define & Drive Data-Led Gameplans: Move beyond day-to-day firefighting.
Analyze operational metrics,



guest feedback, and maintenance logs to identify
trends, optimize daily processes, and direct your team's attention to where it is
needed most.

• Elevate Quality Standards: Own quality. Act as the ultimate quality control
for your properties, you know them inside out. Lead weekly meetings with our
external partners to ensure that our high standards for cleanliness,
maintenance, and brand consistency are rigorously executed across all your
locations.

• Execute Capex and Facility Management Projects: Take responsibility for
the physical health of your buildings. You oversee preventative maintenance
programmes, execute property improvement projects, and manage
relationships with landlords and external contractors.

• Lead & Empower the Team: Manage, coach, and guide a team of
Operations Coordinators. You are on-site with them, you ensure they have the
tools, structure, and support needed to execute
