Position Mission:

Maximize the business center's revenue under your responsibility by utilizing various Revenue Management techniques, tools, and systems, performing revenue forecasting by segments that lead to differentiated pricing strategies and subsequent analysis to boost Total Revenue.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Revenue Strategy & Pricing: Define and implement the Revenue Management strategy aligned with corporate guidelines and standards; manage and optimize pricing, inventory, and segmentation; optimize segment mix (Transient, Group, Corporate,

- Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct daily analysis of pickup, pace, wash, cancellations, and displacement analysis to adjust tactical decisions; lead the Forecast and Budget process, ensuring accuracy in Room, F&B;, and Total Revenue projections; analyze key account production and integral program performance.
- Distribution & Commercial Alignment: Supervise distribution strategy and parity across all channels (direct and third-party); manage availability strategies, room mix, and overbooking; coordinate Sales & Marketing strategy for groups and Corporate/MICE contracting based on displacement analysis and profitability.
