We're creating our People department from scratch, with the ambition to triple our size in just three years. You'll have the autonomy to turn complex business challenges into practical solutions with a lasting impact.

✅ Lead our People digital transformation. You'll take ownership of implementing, developing and optimizing our digital People platform, creating more efficient processes and improving the experience of employees and managers.

✅ Turn strategy into real organizational change. You'll apply a Human Capital Consulting mindset to lead projects involving workforce planning, organizational design and succession planning, from initial diagnosis to implementation.
