Job Description:
You will join Pluxee’s insurance sales team, driving sales of group health and life insurance to SMEs and large companies within an integrated employee benefits platform.
Pluxee’s sales network generates opportunities and opens doors to clients. Your mission will be to convert those opportunities into business: identify needs, develop insurance proposals, negotiate terms and close agreements. You will lead the sales process through to handover to the Account Management team, while helping the wider sales network identify and develop new opportunities.Responsibilities
• Lead consultative insurance sales. Understand each company’s needs, benefits policy and employee population to recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Manage opportunities through to closing. Qualify opportunities, define next steps and lead presentations, negotiations and contracting,



working alongside the originating sales representative.
• Develop insurance proposals. Obtain quotations from insurers, compare pricing and cover, review exclusions and underwriting requirements, and prepare clear client proposals.
• Negotiate group insurance arrangements. Negotiate pricing and terms with insurers and manage complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and requirements.
• Grow business within existing accounts. Identify opportunities to introduce insurance and cross-sell products across Pluxee’s client base.
• Train and support the sales network. Help sales teams identify insurance needs, qualify opportunities and communicate the value proposition; join client meetings where needed.
• Manage the pipeline in Salesforce. Keep opportunities, next steps and sales forecasts up to date, ensuring accurate information and consistent follow-up.
