Overview
In this role you will drive integrated, multi-channel demand generation programs for PTCs automotive vertical. You'll work closely with Sales and cross-functional partners to build scalable campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and support revenue goals. You will translate industry trends into high-impact marketing programs and optimize campaigns for conversion and quality. This position offers hands-on execution, ownership of the funnel, and opportunities to influence how we engage target accounts and personas. You will contribute to a data-driven, collaborative marketing culture in a general tech company.
Responsabilidades
Plan and execute industry-specific, multi-channel campaigns across email, paid social, digital ads, webinars, events, and content syndication
Build and manage campaign infrastructure including landing pages, content offers, audiences, and nurture tracks
Maintain an always-on nurture motion and retargeting to move buyers through the funnel
Partner with Marketing Ops/Sales Ops to ensure proper lead routing and lifecycle management,



and review lead quality
Contribute to lead scoring and workflow improvements
Track, analyze, and optimize performance against KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, CAC/ROAS) and adjust targeting, creative, and channel mix
Create dashboards and reports to communicate results to stakeholders
Coordinate creative briefs and production workflows with internal teams and external partners
Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with revenue priorities and coordinate integrated programs
Requisitos principales 3–6 years in B2B demand generation / growth marketing (Software/SaaS or complex solutions a plus)
German professional level
Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns and optimizing with data
Knowledge of lead lifecycle concepts (MQL/SQL), nurturing, and retargeting
Experience partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver pipeline
Strong project management; familiarity
