Your role
You will list and sell luxury properties for high-net-worth international clients. You will win new listings, advise buyers and sellers with discretion and expertise, and build relationships that last well beyond a single sale, backed by a brand and a team that give you a real competitive advantage.
What we are looking for

Minimum 2-3 years of verifiable experience in real estate sales,



ideally in luxury on the Costa del Sol (experience in other markets will also be considered)
Already based on the Costa del Sol
Strong knowledge of the local market and an established network of contacts
Proven ability in listing acquisition, negotiation and client relationships
Fluent English and Spanish (German, Polish or other languages are a clear advantage)
Proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the discipline to manage your own pipeline
