The role and Impact As Global Head of Quality Partnerships & Networks, you will play a critical role in ensuring Quality Management practices are effectively implemented and seamlessly integrated across systems, teams, and external partners. You will act as a trusted expert and connector-driving consistency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across our global network. What You'll Do Implement and drive Quality Management programs and processes across global operationsEnsure alignment of systems, processes, and operating procedures,



identifying and resolving gapsPartner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable quality solutionsSupport and maintain quality policies and frameworks, ensuring compliance and effectivenessContribute to the design and evolution of Quality programs and initiativesLead or contribute to process improvement and transformation effortsBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partnersProvide technical guidance and expertise to teams and leadershipInfluence adoption of best practices and new ways of working What You Bring 8-12+ years' experience in Quality Management in a global, regulated environment. Pharma or Biotech Industry OnlyRecognized subject matter expertise with the ability to operate independentlyStrong experience working on complex, cross-functional projectsProven ability to influence without authority and build trusted partnershipsAnalytical mindset with the ability to solve complex business
