action and escalation management.Continuous service improvement methodologies.ITIL or comparable service-management frameworks.Strong experience as a Service Delivery Manager in enterprise IT services.Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.Experience with service governance, reporting, risk management and escalation.Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary and multi-company teams.Fluent Spanish.Availability to work in a hybrid model in Madrid.University degree, FP qualification or equivalent professional experience in IT, Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline.English, AWS/cloud-service delivery, banking-sector experience and ITIL certification will be valued.Workplace: Hybrid model in Madrid, with two days per week at the client site.
