Naphora Games Group is seeking a Senior Gameplay Programmer to help build, scale and polish gameplay for hybrid-casual mobile games. You will use Unity and C# to design core systems, drive prototypes, and set technical standards for the team in a remote, globally distributed environment.You will work with Game Design, Art, Product, Engineering and AI teams, mentoring peers, and contributing to architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability across titles and soft launches.
