INSTER - Grupo Oesía seeks a Senior RF & Antenna Systems Lead to guide the end-to-end development of phased array antennas for defence and space programmes. You will define architectures, drive AESA designs across X and S bands, and ensure seamless integration with radar and comms systems.You will coordinate with mechanical, RF, firmware, software, manufacturing, and supply chain teams, while supporting verification, validation, and industrialization activities in ECSS-driven environments.
