As a Mid Backend Engineer, you will design and implement features end to end with increasing autonomy. You will work in a real high-availability environment with our stack: Java, Spring Boot, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ and AWS.

Задачи:

Technical design and autonomous deployment of features. Optimize a platform that processes thousands of bookings daily. Lead advanced testing initiatives (TDD, BDD) and reduce technical debt. Integrate Claude Code and GitHub Copilot into your day-to-day work.

Требования:

+3 years of experience developing with Java/Kotlin. Proficiency in Spring Framework, Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA. Hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL and Redis. Design of REST APIs and asynchronous/event-driven architectures (RabbitMQ or similar). Regular use of Clean Code, SOLID, Pull Requests and CI/CD pipelines.



Monitoring and structured logging (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana). Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English. Будет плюсом: Experience with Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch or integrating systems with AI (MCP); Previous experience in the hotel industry (PMS or booking platforms)

Flexible schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:30 and Friday from 8:00 to 15:00 all year round. Hybrid model: 1–2 remote work days per week, of your choice.
