We are looking for an experienced HR professional for our European business area. You will support our companies throughout Europe and Africa, so we can imagine your place of work being in greater metropolitan area of Madrid (Spain). The HR Business Partner / Manager for the Business Units supports both strategic and operational HR topics, acting as a key liaison between the BU and the global HR organization. The role reports functionally to General HR (dotted line) and disciplinarily to the VP Finance BU (solid line), ensuring alignment with corporate HR standards while addressing local business needs.
Your tasks.

Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees within the Business Unit
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition and development initiatives
Plan and execute HR marketing activities to strengthen employer branding
Design and deliver training and development programs for employees and do the succession planning
Manage compensation structures and benefit programs for all non-managerial staff




Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
Support performance management and employee relations
Roll out global HR initiatives, programs, and systems within the BU
Maintain HR data and contribute to reporting and analytics
Own FTE planning and personnel cost management for the BU
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational and people topics

Your experiences and competencies.

Several years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally in an international or matrix organization
Solid understanding of labor law, HR processes, and compliance requirements
Proven experience in development, performance management, and change management
Familiarity with compensation & benefits structures and HR marketing strategies
Experience in rolling out HR initiatives and project work
Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization
High level of self-organization, ownership, and solution orientation
