Quality Lead Engineer – AI / LLM TestingWe’re looking for an experienced Quality Lead Engineer to take ownership of quality engineering across modern cloud-based and AI-enabled services.This is much more than a traditional QA role. You’ll define the test strategy, build automated testing across APIs and backend services, and help establish how AI/LLM outputs are evaluated for accuracy, relevance, consistency and safety.We’re looking for someone with:8+ years in QA / Quality Engineering2+ years working with AI/ML systemsStrong test automation & API/service testingExperience with CI/CD and cloud-native environmentsKnowledge of performance & security testingExposure to LLM evaluation, RAG, hallucination/factuality testing or Responsible AI would be a big advantageA great opportunity to help define what quality looks like for production AI, rather than simply executing traditional test plans.
