You will support the safe and efficient operation of offshore wind assets from a remote operations center, across commissioning and service phases, ensuring turbines perform reliably and safely.Monitor turbine performance and respond to alarms or abnormal conditionsSupport commissioning and service activities through remote diagnostics and troubleshootingAssist field teams in resolving technical issues and restoring performanceEscalate complex issues with clear and structured technical informationCollaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve problemsAnalyse operational data to identify faults, trends,



and improvement opportunitiesSupport reporting and communication of technical findingsContribute to process improvement and operational optimisationSupport grid outages when required, prioritising safety and complianceWhat you bringBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience in the wind energy sectorHands-on experience with wind turbines or similar electromechanical systems in operational environmentsAbility to read electrical schematics and apply them in troubleshooting and field support situationsExperience with SCADA systems and other digital monitoring toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear technical communication, calm structured approach under pressureAvailability to travel up to 20% of the time, if requiredFluent English (spoken and written), willingness to relocate to Barcelona and EU work eligibilityNice to haveControl room or remote operations experienceOffshore wind or commissionin
