RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS
Analyze business workflows and operational processes.
Identify relevant data points and data model implications.
Evaluate the business value and impact of data visualization initiatives.
Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards.
Create complex DAX calculations and measures.
Connect and integrate multiple data sources for real-time reporting and monitoring.
Translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.
Act as a bridge between technical and business teams.
Build predictive models using Python or R.
Apply Data Quality principles and controls.
Enable and support AI-driven analytical capabilities.
Support continuous improvement through data-driven process optimization.

Senior profile combining Data Science, Business Process Optimization and advanced Power BI expertise.
Responsible for analyzing business processes, building advanced data models and creating dashboards that enable data-driven decision making.
Strong focus on turning complex data into actionable business insights.
Technical skills
Power BI
Advanced experience with Power BI.
Strong knowledge of Power Query.
Advanced DAX development
Data modeling expertise.
Experience configuring and managing workspace security.
Data Science & Analytics
Hands-on experience with Python.
Strong SQL knowledge.
Experience with machine learning techniques. Forecasting models.
Clustering techniques.
AI and advanced analytics capabilities.
Process ManagemenT
Experience with Business Process Management (BPM).
Experience with Power Automate
Experience with Process Mining tools.
Ability to analyze and understand operational workflows.
Communication
Ability to present technical concepts and analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
