Experteer Overview
In this role you will serve as the product reference for Embat's SAP integrations, ensuring alignment between product strategy and client needs. You collaborate with external partners, manage the full lifecycle of ERP connectors, and support customers through incidents and onboarding. You’ll balance functional SAP expertise with a project-driven mindset to deliver scalable integration solutions. The position sits at the intersection of product management, technical consulting, and program coordination. Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Serve as the product owner for SAP integrations (Business One, Business by Design, S/4HANA and cloud editions)
• Identify requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and define solutions for each ERP connector
• Coordinate with external development partners to align technical and business specs
• Manage full lifecycle of connectors from development to deployment and optimization
• Act as primary ERP connectivity support contact and resolve client incidents
• Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure excellent client experience




• Gather stakeholder and client requirements and translate into clear specifications
• Lead testing and integration efforts for new connectors
• Provide technical input during demos and pre-sales proposals related to SAP connectors
• Support client onboarding for smooth connector implementation

Responsabilidades
• 2-3 years of experience in the SAP ecosystem, ideally in S/4HANA
• Functional knowledge of SAP FI, TR/FICO (finance/accounting) modules
• Experience with SAP integration tools: SAP PI, SAP PO or SAP CPI
• Ability to manage projects with multiple external teams
• Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders
• Product mindset: prioritization, decision-making, impact generation
• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English
• Based in Madrid with hybrid working arrangement
