Experteer Overview In this Senior Manager role, you will shape and lead large-scale transformation engagements, translating strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable value. You will run transformation offices across governance, delivery and change, guiding executive sponsorship and cross-functional teams. You’ll balance strategy with practical execution, leveraging AI-enabled tools to anticipate issues and improve decision-making. - Advise senior executives on transformation priorities, translating strategy into roadmaps, investments and measurable outcomes
- Design target operating models across people, processes, governance, data and technology, leading transformation through implementation and capability transfer
- Establish and lead PMO, SMO, VMO and TMO capabilities with clear mandates and decision rights
- Align portfolio priorities, funding, capacity and dependencies through governance that resolves trade-offs and drives action
- Develop investment cases and benefits-realisation plans with baselines, measurable outcomes and accountable owners
- Partner with Finance to assess returns and realised value, recommending acceleration, reshaping or stopping initiatives
- Develop AMO capabilities using AI agents for portfolio analysis, scenario planning, risk monitoring,



reporting and action follow-up
- Introduce AI agents with approved data, controlled workflows and traceability, retaining human accountability and scaling based on measurable benefits
- Originate opportunities, shape proposals and lead commercial discussions to convert executive conversations into funded transformation engagements
- Deliver pipeline, bookings, revenue and margin targets while coaching teams and building reusable consulting methodsResponsabilidades
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, business transformation or portfolio leadership, including strategic transformation offices and complex international programmes
- Track record in executive advisory, operating model design, organisational change and transformation delivery with ability to facilitate C-level discussions
- Strong business acumen including investment prioritisation, financial oversight and benefits realisation, plus success in business development, proposal leadership and client relationship growth
- Practical knowledge of portfolio governance, Lean Portfolio Management, SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and traditional delivery approaches
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial leadership and practical AI literacy; experience with AI-enabled workflows or agent-assisted operations is an advantage; AI engineering expertise not requiredRequisitos principales
