Experteer Overview In this role you will help design and deliver new software products for a books procurement and distribution platform. You’ll work across a full-stack stack (front-end, back-end, and cloud infra) to build scalable, performant systems used by customers worldwide. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to balance customer needs with technical feasibility. The role offers hands-on development, code reviews, and mentorship as you shape impactful software in a fast-evolving domain. - Serve as a significant autonomous contributor designing and building stable, performant software
- Solve complex problems using appropriate technologies and best practices
- Architect and implement flexible, maintainable software with minimal over-engineering
- Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and peers to refine ideas and requirements
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and planning to evolve the team's software and processes




- Address root causes of issues to improve maintainability
- Mentor new teammates and assist in recruiting and onboarding
- Develop at scale across front-end components, Kotlin/Java backend services, and AWS infrastructure
- Collaborate with other teams to disambiguate tasks and ensure alignment on day-to-day challenges
- Train teammates on system construction, security, and integration into the larger platformResponsabilidades
- Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
- Experience designing or architecting scalable systems
- Experience programming in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# with OO design
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent (preferred)
