We are currently looking for a Sales Representative Iberia & Italy to join our dynamic Commercial Team and drive growth across the Iberian and Italian markets.Your MissionAs a Sales Representative, you will promote and sell Tereos' B2B Food products, manage and develop an existing customer portfolio, and identify new business opportunities. Working remotely with customers and closely collaborating with internal teams, you will play a key role in achieving commercial targets while delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop a customer portfolio valued between €1M and €5M.Build strong, long-term relationships and ensure customer loyalty.Oversee the entire commercial process, from lead generation to contract management, order fulfillment, and payment collection.Expand the customer portfolio through active prospecting and identification of new business opportunities.Develop existing accounts and unlock growth opportunities within your customer base.Lead commercial negotiations in line with the Sales Department's pricing policy.Prepare, negotiate, and manage sales plans and commercial contracts.Design and implement action plans tailored to the specific needs of each market.Ensure effective contract execution and monitor commercial commitments, including payments, claims, and dispute resolution.Performance Monitoring & Internal CoordinationRegularly review sales performance and commercial KPIs with your manager.Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver the highest level of service.Contribute to customer satisfaction and continuous business improvement.CSR & Climate Offer DevelopmentPromote and deploy Tereos' CSR strategy within your customer portfolio.Understand customers' sustainability objectives and translate them into commercial projects and value-added solutions.Promote Tereos' sustainability initiatives and Climate offers across agricultural, energy, and industrial sectors.Understand and explain the methodology behind Climate bonus calculations.Differentiate Tereos in the market by creating value through the Group's CSR and sustainability approach.Education & ExperienceBachelor's Degree (Bac +2 / Bac +3 equivalent) in Sales, Business, Commercial Negotiation, or a related field.Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role within an international environment.Fluent English is mandatory.Additional language skills are highly valued, particularly Italian, Spanish, or German.Technical SkillsStrong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments and functions.Personal QualitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, rigorous, and autonomous.Results-oriented with a strong customer focus.Capable of adapting quickly in a fast-paced and competitive environment.Persistent and resilient throughout complex sales cycles.What Will Make You SuccessfulCustomer-centric mindset with a strong sense of ownershipAbility to build and maintain strong internal and external networksStrong action orientation and entrepreneurial spiritConsistent delivery of results, even in challenging situationsHigh adaptability and learning agilityResilience and perseverance during negotiations and business development activities#J-18808-Ljbffr
