Experteer Overview
In this role you oversee supplier deliveries and manage internal cross-functional actions to protect customer demand for service and repair work on military aircraft, focusing on Combat programs in Spain. You act as the primary supplier liaison, drive material flow, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, quality, and cost-effective support. You will work in a multi-national, dynamic environment shaping smarter procurement for high-stakes aerospace programs. You will lead recovery efforts and support continuous improvement to ensure contractual compliance and customer satisfaction.

• Provide consolidated forecasts to suppliers
• Support non-conformance containment and assist root-cause analysis with SCQM
• Handle export control activities and export classification declarations
• Manage invoicing to ensure timely payment
• Utilize ordering cockpit to monitor supplier performance
• Maintain close communication with internal customer sites and cross-functional teams

Responsabilidades
• Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Export Control, or Aircraft/Component Repair experience
• Education in Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proactive risk mitigation and adaptability in multicultural teams
• English and Spanish at advanced negotiation level (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in SAP (or equivalent ERP), MS Office, and Google Workspace tools
