Experteer Overview
In this senior Associate role, you will provide technical leadership on hydrology and water management across major projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams within Worley’s Water Solutions capability and drive client relationships and business development in the EMEA region. You’ll oversee complex hydrological studies, climate resilience, and integrated water solutions, shaping offerings for energy transition environments. You work alongside senior leaders to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes and scalable solutions. This is a stake in growing Worley’s capability while delivering sustainable water-focused impact.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead and oversee complex hydrological, flood risk and drainage studies
• Provide technical direction on water resources, climate resilience and integrated water management
• Review and assure hydrological and hydraulic modelling outputs
• Perform independent technical reviews and quality assurance for major deliverables
• Support development of innovative, sustainable water management solutions
• Provide specialist advice across feasibility to operations phases
• Manage multidisciplinary projects and programmes,
including budgets and schedules
• Ensure safe, high-quality and commercially successful outcomes
• Develop and maintain client relationships and support business development
• Contribute to technical and commercial proposals, scopes and estimates
• Mentor and develop junior staff, promote technical excellence
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Hydrology, Water Resources Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, Geography or related discipline
• Substantial consultancy or industry experience with technical and project leadership
• Chartered status through a professional institution
• Strong expertise in hydrology, flood risk, drainage or water resources
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and managing commercial performance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience supporting business development and work-winning activities
• Ability to mentor technical professionals
• Proactive, collaborative approach with commitment to safety and quality
