We're looking for a Junior AI Engineer to help design, prototype and ship AI solutions in real products - from copilots and agents to RAG pipelines and automations for SMEs. You'll work alongside senior engineers and founders on ventures like WorkOps, Acatia Compliance and Piro IP.What you'll do- Implement and maintain AI features in web and SaaS products (LLMs, embeddings, RAG)- Prototype integrations with model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)- Build and evaluate prompts, agent flows and orchestration tooling- Prepare datasets, ingestion pipelines and quality checks for real use cases- Collaborate on code reviews,
