As Regulatory Counsel in Revolut's Legal team, you advise on compliance and legal aspects of cryptoassets and financial features to keep growth secure. You’ll draft customer-facing documents and manage regulatory expectations while collaborating with Product and Commercial teams. You’ll navigate regimes such as UK crypto rules, MiCA, PSD2, and MiFID, shaping the expansion of our product offerings. This role combines legal rigor with a fast-paced, global environment and direct regulator engagement.

• Ensure compliance with financial services regulations including UK crypto regimes, MiCA, PSD2, and MiFID
• Expand product offering in line with regulatory requirements
• Engage proactively with local regulators

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years PQE
• Qualified lawyer (Solicitor of England u0026 Wales, Irish Solicitor, or equivalent EU admittance)
• Experience advising on cryptoassets in-house or at a law firm
• Knowledge of FSMA (RAO) and MiFID
• Understanding of relevant financial regulations and supervisory frameworks
• Ability to make decisions under ambiguity
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
