Experteer Overview
In this entry-level role, you will support planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate projects in Barcelona, working under Senior Project Managers and cross-functional teams. You’ll develop project management expertise while helping ensure on-time, within-scope delivery. The role offers hands-on experience in a corporate setting and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement. You will gain exposure to planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication within a globally operating firm.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management tools
• Coordinate project activities and clarify responsibilities and deadlines for team members
• Monitor progress and track metrics to identify delays or issues
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (status reports, meeting minutes, project plans)
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, team, and senior management




• Identify project risks and support mitigation strategies
• Assist in budget tracking and resource allocation
• Support onboarding of new team members and provide guidance
• Collaborate with team to resolve challenges and drive solutions
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Construction, Project Management or similar function
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environment
