- Drive AI research by benchmarking and enhancing model performance and training speed across machine learning tasks.
- Compile external ML competitions into challenging tasks that mirror real-world responsibilities such as model training, dataset preparation, and experiment execution.
- Implement plans in Python within a Docker environment.
- Validate implementations against original plans and identify discrepancies.
- 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong Python engineering skills, with proven experience in model training and data processing.




- Hands-on experience with Docker-based environments.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on technical planning and reproducibility.
- Experience with benchmarking and reproducibility in ML research.
- Ability to work independently within structured, high-compliance environments.
- Permanent contract with the end client (a leading Fintech company)
- Salary up to €75k
- Benefits package including health insurance, annual bonus, meal tickets, and more
- Hybrid work policy: Madrid – 2 days per week in the office
