Experteer Overview In this role you will architect and operate scalable ML infrastructure for training, deployment, and real-time serving, supporting ranking, recommendations, and pricing models. You will work within the B2B Applied ML team to ensure reliable production ML systems and efficient data pipelines. You’ll collaborate with data scientists to move models from development to production and optimize resources for performance and cost. - Design and implement scalable ML infrastructure for training, deployment, and serving in batch and real-time environments
- Build and maintain large-scale data pipelines for processing and feature engineering
- Optimize compute resources and improve model serving performance across ML systems
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting; contribute to ML Ops practices including CI/CD pipelines




- Collaborate closely with ML scientists to streamline model development-to-production workflows
- Research and integrate new technologies; mentor junior engineersand communicate technical solutions to stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in Software, Data, or ML engineering roles
- Proficiency in Python; experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Understanding of ML algorithms and model architectures; interest in building scalable ML systems
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and scalable data systems (Spark, Kafka)
