Experteer Overview In this Finance Lead role, you own the end-to-end Pu0026amp; L for Marketplace Experience, shaping forecasting and the toolkit that guides leadership decisions. You act as the finance partner across markets, operations, and BPO partners, turning data into actionable insight and driving cost, capacity, and investment decisions. You will design models and dashboards, set credible estimates, and lead financial discipline across programs. This is a high-ownership, impact-driven position with a strong emphasis on cross-functional influence and strategic execution.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Own end-to-end financial reporting and forecasting for Marketplace Experience operations, ensuring Pu0026L accuracy and trusted Best Estimates
- Set analytical agenda to determine key cost drivers and unit-economics questions, guiding decisions
- Design and maintain financial toolkit (models, dashboards, self-serve frameworks) used across markets
- Partner with Service Delivery Leads, country operations, BPO partners, and HQ FPu0026A to influence decisions and maintain financial discipline
- Lead deep-dives on material variances to uncover root causes, size impact, and drive corrective action




- Own finance workstream on strategic programs (cost reduction, BPO efficiency, capacity/investment decisions) from framing to execution
- Mentor junior analysts and raise standards across the finance and operations teamResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, audit, or corporate/operational finance with Pu0026L ownership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
- Hands-on Pu0026L ownership, advanced financial modelling, and fluency with accounting statements and unit economics
- Strong analytical judgment; ability to structure ambiguous problems and identify key levers
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without formal authority
- Strategic ownership from framing to execution and measurable outcomes
- Autonomous, hands-on, able to build necessary tools and standards
- Excellent English communication skills
