Experteer Overview
In this role you drive growth for Nalco Water in Europe’s Data Center and High Tech segments, serving hyperscalers and colocation providers. You will lead strategic sales efforts, translating customer needs into tailored water, chemistry, equipment, and digital solutions that reduce freshwater use and boost sustainability. You’ll collaborate across technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to win complex proposals and expand market presence. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role with a focus on safety, innovation, and measurable impact on water efficiency.

• Be primary contact for strategic prospects including hyperscalers and colocation providers
• Prospect proactively to generate qualified leads and expand market presence
• Manage a large sales pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts

• Apply consultative sales to identify tailored, value-driven solutions for customers
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations, supply chain) to secure new business and support complex proposals

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of successful B2B industrial sales experience (Data Center or Microelectronics) with a consultative approach
• University degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering or Chemistry preferred)
• Strong communication and execution skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel across Europe
• Knowledge or prior experience in water treatment or related industrial sectors (preferred)
