Experteer Overview
In this role, you will drive end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled financial crime solutions for banks, fintechs, and payment providers. You will collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering to deploy AI/ML models and integrate data pipelines, ensuring timely, measurable impact. You’ll translate regulatory requirements into practical AI-driven outcomes and liaison with customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers the chance to shape how cutting-edge AI protects the integral financial system and accelerates customer value.

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI implementation projects for global customers
• Serve as primary contact for customer stakeholders during the project lifecycle
• Lead project planning, timelines, and execution with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, FCE)




• Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into AI-driven solutions
• Present milestones, results, and metrics to senior stakeholders
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement post-implementation

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 5+ years in project delivery, data engineering, or software implementation
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in SQL
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Fluent Spanish (spoken and written)
