Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end IT project delivery and program management within Duracell's integral teams. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align initiatives with business goals, manage budgets, schedules, and risks, and ensure governance and quality standards are met. You act as a single point of contact for status updates and partner with Change Management to enable adoption of new systems. The role combines hands-on implementation with strategic leadership to scale programs and deliver measurable impact. - Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects and manage programs when portfolios require it
- Develop and monitor detailed project/program plans and track performance
- Create budgets, schedules, and resource plans for timely delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve issues
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies
- Define milestones and report progress on an integrated delivery plan
- Communicate status and updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Ensure adherence to IT PMO governance, compliance, and Duracell methodologies




- Partner with Change Management to drive adoption of new systems or processes
- Drive continuous improvement using performance metrics and best practices
- Escalate critical decisions and issues to sponsors and serve as the program's single point of contactResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical discipline
- 10+ years of IT project/program management experience with Waterfall and Hybrid Agile
- Strong IT background in software development, systems administration, or infrastructure engineering
- Proven leadership of direct and indirect teams with mentoring
- Experience presenting to business leadership and building strategic relationships
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and MS Project
- Ability to travel globally
- Experience with PMIS tools such as Monday.Com, ServiceNow SPM, and Azure DevOps is a plus
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Experience managing ERP programs and working in consulting is a plusRequisitos principales
