Experteer Overview As a SecureOT TAM, you act as the trusted technical advisor after deploying the SecureOT Platform, driving adoption, operational maturity, and alignment with best practices to ensure measurable business value. You work with cross-functional teams to optimize platform utilization, deliver training, and steer strategic reviews. This hybrid role offers exposure to cybersecurity and OT operations across several European locations, with a clear impact on customer success and renewal outcomes.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Develop and manage customer adoption and success plans.
- Guide customers through 30/60/90-day adoption programs after go-live.
- Translate platform data into meaningful business outcomes and identify optimization opportunities.
- Provide technical input into renewal, expansion, and strategic planning activities.
- Review asset visibility, vulnerability management, and data quality metrics; advise on roadmap alignment.
- Train customers on SecureOT capabilities and promote standard dashboards and reporting.




- Lead Monthly Technical Reviews (MTRs) and prepare executive-friendly summaries; coordinate with QBRs.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product Management, Sales, and Managed Services to ensure smooth handoff and address challenges.Responsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience with Kibana or similar visualization tools
- Experience using reporting/visualization tools for cybersecurity and compliance
- Ability to communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences
- 2+ years delivering training sessions to clients
- 2+ years of experience in an OT environment
