As an Area/Shift Manager at Amazon, you lead on-site teams to keep pace with demand while upholding safety and efficiency. You’ll work cross-functionally with peers and engineers to address challenges and implement improvements in a dynamic, global operations environment. Your role focuses on sustaining productivity, managing daily tasks, and planning for contingencies, all to help meet customer targets. This is a hands-on chance to shape on-site operations at scale within a diverse, fast-moving company.
