As Lead Technical Product Manager for the ML Platform at N26, you define the long-term platform vision and execution strategy to enable real-time, data-driven decisions across banking domains. You will align platform architecture with business goals and drive cross-squad roadmaps for scalable, compliant ML infrastructure. You’ll shape governance, MLOps practices, and high-throughput capabilities that support Financial Crime, Credit Risk, and Core Operations. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on architecture oversight to elevate product delivery and regulatory compliance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define and execute the multi-year ML platform roadmap aligned with engineering architecture and executive goals
• Oversee high-volume ML portfolios enabling real-time transaction monitoring, credit risk scoring, and operational decisioning
• Scale enterprise MLOps infrastructure, including feature stores, real-time feature pipelines, model registries, retraining triggers, and ML CI/CD
• Establish evaluation and governance frameworks (offline/online, champion/challenger, monitoring for drift, latency, and data quality)




• Collaborate with Principal Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Security, and Legal to ensure GDPR-compliant, auditable models
• Mentor and elevate the PM function, establish best practices, PRD standards, and self-service ML integration blueprints

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of Product Management experience in technology-driven settings
• 4+ years building, scaling, and managing core ML platform capabilities or data infrastructure
• Proven track record shipping ML products in high-concurrency, low-latency environments (FinTech, payments, or high-scale consumer tech)
• Strategic and portfolio leadership experience across multi-squad initiatives
• Experience presenting to C-level executives and regulatory bodies
