Experteer Overview
In this role you will support clients through the payroll and HR solutions implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements to configuring, integrating, testing, and deploying the solution. You’ll work within an international, collaborative team to optimize client payroll/HR processes and ensure a seamless user experience. The work spans data migration, integrations, web components, and reporting, offering meaningful impact across diverse organizations. This opportunity combines technical delivery with client-facing collaboration andgrowth within a general company.

Responsabilidades




• Technical academic background (DAW, DAM, ASIR or computer/ software engineering)
• At least 3 years in similar roles
• Backend programming with Node.js; SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL); REST API development; JSON; web services
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects with high quality
• Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to work independently or in a team
• Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing payroll, time u0026 attendance, HCM, and ERP solutions a plus
• Spanish and English fluency essential
