Experience in customer service, account management, retail, recruitment, e-commerce or other customer-facing environments can also be highly relevant.As an Inside Sales, you will:- Handle and qualify inbound requests from German-speaking prospects and clients- Present our products and solutions, understanding each client's needs- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients- Track your pipeline and activity through CRM (Salesforce)- Collaborate with procurement, customer experience, and marketing to ensure an excellent client experience- Once inbound flow is under control, dedicate part of your time to outbound prospecting to further grow the DACH marketYou will perform if you have the following:- Native or fluent German,
