Experteer Overview
As an internal support to the vendor business lead, you drive profitable growth through planning, pipeline management, and enablement across sales and customer engagement. You will train teams, manage the deal pipeline, and support marketing and business plans to enable growth. You’ll act as a bridge between vendor insights and sales execution, shaping how products and promotions reach customers. This role combines field coaching, data-driven reporting, and hands-on tools to accelerate performance and customer outcomes.

• Engage with Business Unit and sales floor; deliver desk and tool training to boost product mind share
• Contribute to growth strategies and ideas to drive business expansion
• Own and maintain an accurate deal pipeline in Compass CRM
• Provide weekly sell-out and promotional activity reporting to the vendor
• Support execution of business and marketing plans as required
• Identify and address training opportunities for customers and internal teams
• Escalate customer care issues from the sales floor
• Develop and maintain web tools (InTouch, LOL, vendor microsites, online configurators)
• Communicate product info, pricing,



promotions to customers and internal teams
• Run call-out days on sales floor/Business Unit teams
• Promote and sell TD SYNNEX e-business services on the floor and with units
• Interact with customers as required by role requirements
