Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Business AnalystAbout the roleAtVortech PCI Group, we are looking for aSalesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Business Analystto join an international Salesforce implementation project, working directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions.We are looking for a senior functional professional with7+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, strong knowledge ofConsumer Goods Cloud, and proven experience inrequirements gathering, functional analysis, stakeholder management and Agile delivery .The idóneo candidate will be comfortable leading client workshops, managing functional backlogs, and supporting implementation activities from requirements definition through go-live.RESPONSIBILITIESLead requirements-gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders.Analyse and translate retail execution, trade promotion management and field sales processes into functional specifications, user stories and process flows.Perform fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities, including Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management and Order Management.Recommend configuration or customization approaches based on business requirements.Manage the functional backlog, collaborating with Solution Architects, Developers and QA teams.Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, defect management and client sign-off.Act as the main functional point of contact for the client, managing expectations, status updates and change requests.Prepare business process documentation,



requirements traceability matrices and training materials.Support functional discussions related to data migration and integrations with ERP and trade promotion systems.Contribute to solution design decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.REQUIREMENTS7+ years of experienceas a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant on Salesforce implementation projects.Hands‑on functional experience withSalesforce Consumer Goods Cloud, particularly Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management and Order Management.Proven experience inclient‑facing roles, leading workshops and managing business stakeholders.Strong knowledge ofrequirements gathering, business process mapping, functional specifications, BRDs and user stories .Experience working inAgile environments, managing functional backlogs and collaborating with technical teams.Experience supportingUAT, defect management and go‑live activities .Understanding ofConsumer Goods / CPG business processes, including field sales, merchandising and retail store execution.Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.Advanced English (C1).Professional proficiency in Spanish.QUALIFICATIONSRelevant Salesforce certifications, such as:Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional.Salesforce Agentforce Specialist.Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.NICE TO HAVEExperience implementingSalesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or Vlocity‑based Industry Cloudsend‑to‑end, from discovery to go‑live.Experience inCPG,
