Your role

As GUEST SERVICES Intern, you’ll join the reception team, working closely with the building´s General Manager to generate unforgettable residencies for our guests.

Your mission

Be a source of knowledge and solutions for our customers, deliver an outstanding guest service experience, and maximize occupancy through strong customer service. DON´T WORRY, WE WILL GUIDE YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY WITH CONTINOUS TRAINING AND FEEDBACK!

You will learn to:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing information and addressing inquiries regarding services and amenities.



· Navigate reservations systems and customer management systems such as MEWS. · Understand the operational cycles of both short and long term residencies. · Learn the art of auxillary income- how to generate additional sources of revenue. · Maintain accurate records of reservations and activities and generate reports. · Assist in planning and executing open houses, social events, and community outreach initiatives.

What are we looking for ️♀️- Fluent

& intermediary level

English -

Comitment to 3 months of internship (30 hours per week). - Proactiveness, independence, positive energy and a drive to learn new things and be the best at what you do. - Be mobile! While you will probably be based in one building, you may be asked to move between a few, an opportunity to learn and experience more!- Permission to work in Spain. - Strong communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of the Madrid market is a plus but not a must
